GMIT Seek Tutor – 4 Hrs p.w.

An exciting new course is being offered by GMIT and they are looking for a tutor, if you are interested or know of a colleague who would be please pass on the details.

The cybersecurity industry has one of the biggest talent shortages within the tech sector. That skills gap is even more serious when you take into account the shortage of women working in cybersecurity.

The requirement is for 4 classroom hours per week teaching 4th year students in GMIT computer labs. 

The ‘Indicative Syllabus’ is as follows:

1. UML, Software requirements , Design Patterns, Software testing, Building software: tools and techniques, Version control in software development, Software quality control, Software Security and Scrum and Agile processes.
